The new Gold Electra 5.2 power cord is a new, flat design, 7/8 inch wide x 3/8 inch thick and is very flexible to make installation easier. This is one of the best power cords on the market and will lower your electrical current noise floor to almost zero, allowing the details in the music to be heard.
The Gold Electra 5.2 utilizes:
- OCC solid silver conductors
- Composite insulation
- Silver/brass plug contacts
- Factory terminated with a molded NEMA 5-15 wall plug to IEC 15A.
The internal construction is radically different from the previous design. It is a flat spiral and all the positive conductors have insulation, resulting in a dramatic sonic upgrade from the previous version.
Standard lengths are 1M, 2M and 3M with other lengths being a custom order and will not have molded plugs on both ends, but they will be of high quality and terminated by Wireworld. If you need a length not listed, please email us and the cost would be $1000/M.
