For the DIY power cord project, we have Oyaide C-037 IEC and P-037 power cord connectors available for the US and EU (SHUKO) market.  

The C-037 and P-037 feature a super thick (1.5micron) Silver plating directly on the polished surface of the receptacle and blade. Polishing process again (twice) on the silver plated surface, and then applied final Rhodium plating (0.3micron). Combination and thicknesses of plating represent the final sound character. Quality of polishing process influences the sound quality.
