Apollo AV, Inc. Policies:
Returns Policy: Stock items are returnable up to 21 days after receipt of item and require a return authorization. A return can be as an exchange or refund of purchase price, less shipping charges. All domestic and international taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price. Please call or email with any questions regarding this. Items must be returned in the original package with all included items and in like new condition. If item isn't in like new condition, a restocking fee of 20% may be assessed. Return shipping charges/insurance are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of an error by Apollo AV, Inc. Closeout, demo, pre-production, warranty products, and special order items are not returnable, but will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty if applicable. If an item is special order, it will be detailed in the item description
After 21 days, items are covered by the manufacturers warranty.
Discount Policy:
- We will meet or beat any authorized dealers price for the items we carry. Items must be like for like and a copy of the quote must be provided with the dealer name clearly shown for the us to meet or beat the price.
- Repeat customers will receive regular discount opportunities as a thank you for your repeat business.
